UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-MILWAUKEE CHEMISTRY BUILDING MBJ - Awarded, Education - New Construction
TDR - Honoree
The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's new 163,400-square-foot Chemistry Building is a state-of-the-art facility designed to help faculty and staff better prepare students interested in fast-growing fields like medicine, genetic engineering, toxicology, pharmaceutics, chemical education, nanoscience and more. Serving over 3,500 students annually, the four-story complex replaces the aging chemistry building, advancing the university’s capabilities in STEM education.
WAUKESHA PARADE MEMORIAL MBJ - Awarded, Building Community Award

The Waukesha Parade Memorial at Grede Park stands as a poignant symbol of remembrance and resilience. Dedicated to honoring the victims and those impacted by the 2021 Waukesha Christmas Parade tragedy, the memorial transforms a devastating event into a place of hope and reflection.
CEDAR COMMUNITY - CEDAR LAKE CAMPUS MBJ - Honored Finalist

Cedar Community, a nonprofit senior living provider, recently completed a $40 million transformation of its Cedar Lake campus, a two-year endeavor that revitalized the facility. The project repurposed 100,000 square feet of vacant space—converting it from its prior use as skilled nursing units and reimagining it to better serve residents and the community.
MILWAUKEE COUNTY - HIGHWAY DIVISION NORTH SHOP MBJ - Honored Finalist
TDR - Honoree
On Milwaukee’s north side, the former highway maintenance facility was outdated and no longer met current operational demands. To address these challenges, a new 50,578-square-foot maintenance facility was constructed adjacent to the original site, nearly doubling its size. This modern development significantly enhances operational capacity by accommodating more equipment and facilitating quicker, more efficient services for Milwaukee County residents, commuters, and visitors.
