PROJECT SCOPE
This four-story, 163,400-square-foot building is a gateway to STEM departments, supporting nearly 5,000 UWM chemistry and biochemistry students annually. It includes a lecture hall, second-level landing, lobby, green space, and outdoor seating.
The facility features two lecture halls, an outreach lab, restrooms on each floor, administrative offices, tutoring spaces, and 30 classrooms, including specialty labs for advanced studies.
State-of-the-art labs provide hands-on learning, while interactive lecture halls and expanded corridors create collaborative spaces. Large glass walls showcase research, and the outreach lab supports K-12 education. The kilo lab offers emulation space and reactors for large-scale chemistry applications.
