VJS Construction Services (VJS), a general contracting, construction management, and design-build firm located in Pewaukee, would like to congratulate Michael Best & Friedrich LLP (Michael Best) on their recent move into the top two-and-a-half floors of the BMO Tower located in downtown Milwaukee. VJS served as the general contractor for this project.
This project consisted of approximately 53,100 square feet of tenant buildout space in the new, 25-story BMO Tower to serve as the corporate headquarters for Michael Best and house approximately 200 employees. The space consists of private offices, support areas, a cafeteria on the 25th floor with an outdoor terrace that overlooks Lake Michigan, and a number of conference rooms/a large board room/flex spaces suited for meetings and large gatherings.
During the course of the project, a water supply breach occurred in the basement of the BMO Tower, halting the project for more than five weeks. Despite this unexpected challenge, VJS was able to adjust the schedule and complete the project successfully.
