After the successful completion of the first phase in 2022, construction is now underway on Phase II of The Den at Fox Run, bringing additional housing options and community-focused amenities to residents.

The Den at Fox Run Phase II is a new ground-up, four-story multifamily apartment community development featuring a concrete and cold-formed metal framing structural building system. The building provides a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units and includes an enclosed lower-level parking structure. The development includes 107 parking spaces, outdoor gathering areas, fiber-optic internet, in-unit laundry, quartz countertops, tile showers, central HVAC, and custom cabinetry.
This exciting project reflects the power of collaboration, with VJS Development, VJS Architecture, and VJS Construction Services working together alongside development partners Bedford Development and Somerstone Development to deliver this multifamily community. The new building is designed to meet the needs of a diverse resident population, offering unit types ranging from studio apartments to spacious three-bedroom units.
A Fully Integrated Design/Build Approach
Phase II of The Den at Fox Run is a ground-up multifamily development featuring 63 new apartment units, underground parking, and associated site work. By leveraging VJS's integrated Design/Build model, the project demonstrates how cross-disciplinary collaboration can deliver better outcomes for owners.

Building on the Success of Phase I
The completion of the first phase in 2022 established The Den at Fox Run as a desirable place to live. Phase II continues that momentum by expanding housing opportunities while maintaining the quality and character that residents have come to expect. As Waukesha continues to grow and develop, thoughtfully planned multifamily developments play an important role in meeting housing demand and creating places where people can thrive.
