PROJECT SCOPE

Fox Den Phase II is a new ground-up, four-story multifamily apartment community development featuring a concrete and cold-formed metal framing structural building system. The building provides a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units (63 total) and includes an enclosed lower-level parking structure.

The development includes 107 parking spaces, outdoor gathering areas, fiber-optic internet, in-unit laundry, quartz countertops, tile showers, central HVAC, and custom cabinetry.
