We were proud to join Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Robert D. Kern Engineering Innovation Center—a major step forward in the university’s commitment to hands-on, future-focused education.
Located at Milwaukee and State Streets, the 97,000-square-foot facility will unite MSOE’s engineering programs under one roof, fostering collaboration, research, and innovation. Designed to meet the evolving needs of students, the building will feature:
The Center for Applied Artificial Intelligence Education
Flexible labs and modern classrooms
Robotics and AI-focused workshops
An outdoor sustainability lab
Public and collaborative learning spaces
This project is a cornerstone of Next Bold Step: The Campaign to Accelerate Innovation, MSOE’s initiative to transform the student experience and expand its impact across industries and communities.
As the general contractor, we’re honored to help bring this vision to life. Construction is expected to be completed ahead of the Fall 2027 semester.
Stay tuned—we look forward to sharing updates as the project progresses.
