VJS Construction Services Named a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplace for the Eighth Year in a Row

VJS is proud to announce that we have been recognized by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel as a Top Workplace for the eighth consecutive year!

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. In 2025, Energage surveyed employees at 226 companies across southeastern Wisconsin, recognizing 164 of them as “Top Workplaces” based on employee feedback.
