We are thrilled to announce that we will be joining our clients, project partners, and fellow honorees at The Daily Reporter’s Top Projects awards event this Thursday, May 16, 2024, at The Ingleside Hotel. This prestigious event celebrates the most outstanding construction projects in Wisconsin from the past year, and we are incredibly proud to be a part of it.
Honoring the Best of 2023
The Top Projects awards recognize excellence in construction, honoring projects that have made significant impacts on their communities, overcome substantial challenges, and demonstrated outstanding teamwork and innovation. We are honored that three of our projects have been recognized among the best of 2023:
St. Augustine Preparatory Academy Phase II New Primary School & Auditorium Addition
The new 123,000 square-foot building houses Aug Prep’s K4 through 5th grade classrooms and will ultimately increase Aug Prep’s enrollment capacity to 2,400 students, making it the largest single-campus school in Milwaukee next year. The new elementary school was designed to emphasize Aug Prep’s four pillars of Faith, Family, Academics, and Arts/Athletics. These pillars informed the direction of the expansion to focus on flexible and efficient academic classrooms, special education spaces and Art/Drama/Choir/Band spaces; as well as a full-sized gymnasium, an auxiliary gym, a rooftop garden, an outdoor play space, and a stunning Performing Arts Center with seating for over 600.

Journey21 Enrichment Center is located at Pabst Farms in Oconomowoc, WI. The 10,000-square-foot center serves as a venue for programs, learning academies, outings, clubs, events, and social gatherings for individuals with and without intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) from the greater community.
The Enrichment Center features a large multipurpose room, fitness center, art room, music room, technology lab, teaching kitchen, Cedar Café, conference room, and flexible space for events that open onto a patio with a fireplace.
Stair Crest
Located at S67W14765 Janesville Road, the Stair Crest community sits on the grounds that once housed Tess-Corners Elementary School in the Muskego-Norway School District. This community offers a comprehensive array of living options, featuring 80 independent living apartments, 20 assisted living apartments, and 20 memory care apartments. Stair Crest cements its place in the Milwaukee metro area as a hub for promoting good health, vitality, and well-being for seniors.
