Celebrating Dave Lamb: The Daily Reporter's "Super Super of the Year" Honoree

We’re proud to celebrate one of our own—Dave Lamb, Superintendent—named an honoree in the Super Super of the Year category by The Daily Reporter.

Dave reached a remarkable milestone in 2024: 35 years with VJS. Since starting as a carpentry apprentice in 1989, he has steadily advanced through the ranks, fueled by hard work, technical expertise, and a true passion for building.

Throughout his career, Dave has led projects of every size and scale—from small renovations to large, complex developments. His work has touched many communities and organizations, including St. Jerome Congregation, Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi, Sharon Lynne Wilson Center, Veit & Company, and the Urban Ecology Center.

What truly sets Dave apart is more than his technical knowledge. He has a gift for connecting with people, understanding clients’ missions, and bringing purpose and leadership to every project. Known as a trusted partner and a superintendent of choice, Dave’s approachable personality and dedication—often going above and beyond the call of duty—have left a lasting impact on both clients and colleagues alike.
