PROJECT SCOPE
This project consisted of a new single-story recreation and health clinic addition designed to support wellness, community engagement, and future program growth. The facility included two dedicated exercise rooms, highlighted by a 3,826-square-foot exercise space, along with two community assembly rooms to accommodate classes, meetings, and group activities. A wellness clinic provided accessible health services, complemented by a business suite featuring a welcoming lobby, private offices, and a kitchenette to support administrative operations and community partnerships.
The site enhancements extended beyond the building to create a comprehensive recreational environment. A walking path with three outdoor exercise stations encouraged active lifestyles, while upgraded athletic field spaces were prepared to accommodate future programming needs. Additional amenities included playfields, an all-inclusive playground designed for accessibility and inclusive play, and various site improvements that enhanced functionality, safety, and user experience. Together, these elements created a vibrant, multi-purpose destination focused on health, recreation, and community connection.
