PROJECT SCOPE
This project's scope includes 38 classrooms, a 16,000-square-foot gym, a resource center with a student-run café, and a Hmong history museum. It also provides college and career resource centers, administrative offices, and professional development spaces to support HAPA’s mission. A three-story grand entry along 84th Street is a symbolic beacon for the Hmong community.
“Hmong American Peace Academy selected VJS for our expansion product due to the strong relational focus. Throughout the entire process, the VJS team has continually been transparent and effective communicators, with a special focus that all of our key stakeholders were kept up to date on the project. In addition, the VJS team has worked seamlessly with our current operations team, to minimize any disruptions to the learning environment. VJS does an excellent job all around making the construction process as smooth as possible.”
