MCKINLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The new elementary school includes a three-story classroom wing and a two-story wing with admin space, community room, music room, and a performance platform between the gym and commons space. The new building was constructed behind the current school and once finished, the old school was demolished and replaced with a playground.

UNDERWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The new state-of-the-art elementary school was built while maintaining full operations of the existing school. Scope included three stories of classrooms, an admin wing, gymnasium, purposeful areas, a music room, an outdoor classroom, and a performance platform. Upon completion, the old facility was razed and developed into parking.

WILSON W/STEM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Renovation and a new addition to an existing elementary school. Phase 1 included renovations to the existing space and demolition of the existing outdated buildings. Phase 2 included new construction of a two-story, 56,000 square foot structure that adjoins the existing building. Civil, structural, HVAC, lighting, finish, and infrastructure upgrades were included.

LINCOLN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Renovation and a new addition to an existing elementary school. Phase 1 included mass demolition of roughly half of the existing building and construction of a new 53,000 square foot, three-story building that adjoins the existing school. Phase 2 included the renovation of the existing 28,000 square foot building to modernize space layouts, finish selections, and mechanical performance.
