PROJECT SCOPE

This project, Towner Crest, provides senior living solutions in Oconomowoc, offering a seamless transition as residents' needs change. It features two four-story wings of independent living apartments and a two-story wing of assisted living and memory care units, totaling 158 units. The development includes two public town center spaces: a chapel, wellness center, underground parking beneath the town center, and independent living wings.
