PROJECT SCOPE
This project involved decommissioning two early 1900s buildings to create a new convent for retired women, spanning over 100,000 square feet and incorporating modern technologies and building systems. The development includes a 48-unit assisted living facility and a 32-unit memory care unit, with a central town center and two-story spaces.
Key historical artifacts were preserved, including copper cupolas, a bronze St. Francis statue, stained glass, and more, seamlessly integrated into the new design. The facility features an archive, fitness center, wellness facilities, a serving kitchen, multiple activity spaces, and employee and staff facilities.
