Phase 1 was a 22-story tower consisting of underground parking, commons/resident amenities, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, hybrid assisted living, and residential care and independent living apartments. Phase 2 consisted of the three-story health services building reconstruction, site work, an auditorium, and a new entrance for the existing North Tower (designed by the VJS architectural team).
