The project consisted of an expansion and remodel to the current facility. The east side of the existing building was expanded, and the existing bi-level storage space was converted into 3,900 square feet of warehouse management and office space. An additional 4,000 square foot concrete plank floor was constructed for future office buildout space. The employee facilities were also renovated.
