PROJECT SCOPE

The Shops at Meadow Ridge is one of the last developable parcels of commercial zoned land in the Village of Pewaukee. At just under nine acres, this development was zoned a Planned Unit Development and broken into five parcels, including 19,000 square feet of fast food, 6,000 square feet of financial use, and one remaining lot to be a future development.  VJS assisted with the master planning unit development and designed a total of five retail building, completed the sitework, and built the shells for two retail buildings that house Starbucks, Shopko Optical, MOD Pizza and Jersey Mike’s Subs.

EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS

The site is located off of a heavily traveled corridor on Capitol Drive.

To reduce the potential burden on the public with the construction traffic, VJS worked closely with the fire and police departments to determine an appropriate life safety plan utilizing the single access road appointed for construction use.
