PROJECT SCOPE

The Payne's Patio Addition features a 25-foot extension off the existing dining room, designed to enhance the indoor-outdoor connection. The new layout includes both covered and uncovered patio areas, offering flexible space for dining and relaxation. To create a seamless transition, the existing wall assembly and windows were removed and replaced with folding panel doors that open directly onto the patio.
