Service Bay Addition

PROJECT SCOPE

The project expanded the existing building with a service bay, body shop, and storage areas. This addition includes metal panel siding, PVC roofing, and a concrete retaining wall designed to match the existing structure.

 The expansion features storage and electrical rooms, a restroom, and 11 service bays inside. Additionally, eight aluminum vertical lift overhead doors were installed, comprising four 14' doors, three 11' doors, and one 7' door. The project also includes a dumpster enclosure with a composite plank toughgate.
