New Bakery

PROJECT SCOPE

The project, designed by the VJS Architecture department, involves the build-out of a new 2,490-square-foot bakery and quick-serve style restaurant within an existing multi-tenant building. 

The baking area features multiple preparation spaces, storage, a large cooler, and an industrial revolving oven. The customer-facing space includes a transaction line with bread and sweets displays, seating, and restrooms. Finishes and furniture were developed in collaboration with CJ & Associates.
