New Church

A new 19,348 square foot church included a 500-seat area with a gathering space, fellowship hall, and chapel. The project was finished during an aggressive 12-month schedule. Site required an exceptional amount of cutting and filling to allow for the development of the new church. Since the project was being built on a well, fire tanks (15,000 gallons) and fire pumps were required. The City of Antioch also required the facility to be 100% sprinkled which was a significant strain on the budget.
