New Mixed-Use Apartment Complex

PROJECT SCOPE

WHEDA funded, LightHorse 4041 is a mixed-use luxury apartment community located in the heart of the Shorewood Village. The project consists of a three-story precast parking deck with 204 customer and public parking spaces, a six-story apartment building consisting of 84 apartment units, and underground parking. 

The building also includes 18,000 square feet of retail space. The apartment homes have condominium-like finishes with an amenity package including all appliances, washer and dryer, walk-in closets, a patio or balcony, exterior storage, and granite countertops. Common areas include a community green space with a patio, clubroom, fitness center, on-site management office, and underground parking.
