New Condominium Development

PROJECT SCOPE

Coordination of a complicated post-tension concrete building structure, building envelope, and numerous condominium build-outs. The project features two rooftop patios with provisions for outdoor TVs, grills, and fire pits. 

This was structured to include interior demising walls between units consisting of a triple wall that provides superior sound mitigation. Scope included mixed-use space for retail, restaurants, and studios.
