Warehouse Additions

PROJECT SCOPE

This project includes a 21,500-square-foot addition featuring a cafeteria, reception area, lobby, conference facilities, and restrooms. It consists of a six-inch reinforced slab-on-grade with sealed concrete floors, insulated metal wall panels, three docks, two overhead doors, and an aluminum storefront window system.

An additional 6,600-square-foot expansion on the southwest side includes two docks and one overhead door.
