Warehouse Renovation & Addition

PROJECT SCOPE

Phase 1 involved creating a new loading dock inside the existing building, while Phase 2 added a 52,000-square-foot warehouse and interior renovations.

The expansion included 52,022 square feet on the east side, converting 3,900 square feet of storage into office space and adding a 4,000-square-foot concrete plank floor for future offices. Employee facilities were renovated, and warehouse modifications allowed semi-trailers to park under the roof.

Upgrades included new energy-efficient HVAC, LED lighting, a replaced roof membrane, and a fire suppression system. Site improvements enhanced traffic flow, added stormwater ponds, and resurfaced asphalt.
