PROJECT SCOPE

This project reconfigures the interior of an existing facility to support S 1 warehouse operations, creating dedicated business and accessory storage areas, organized rack shelving zones, and efficient bin storage layouts. The redesign improves operational flow and maximizes usable space to meet evolving distribution and storage needs.

Selective demolition removes and replaces sections of the existing concrete slab, overhead doors, windows, louvers, and interior walls to accommodate new openings and circulation patterns. Exterior envelope upgrades feature re-siding and re-roofing with associated structural framing modifications, along with new plumbing elements.
