PROJECT SCOPE
VJS delivered this manufacturing addition, approximately 30,000 square feet. The building used tilt-up concrete wall panels, and a unique feature of the project was staining the exterior precast to seamlessly integrate with the existing facility.
A key component of the project was relocating and expanding Medicoil’s modular clean room. VJS uninstalled the existing clean room from a neighboring facility, reassembled it within the new addition, and incorporated new components to increase capacity, including a dedicated HEPA-filtered HVAC system.
