The scope of work includes the renovation of the existing bookstore into the new social hub. The space has pool tables, ping pong tables, foosball tables, a pinball machine, two arcade games with more than 500 games on each device, and virtual reality headsets and games. The Game Room provides new opportunities for the students to gather with friends, meet with clubs and organizations, and hang out with each other. Minor modifications to the HVAC and electrical systems were also made.
