PROJECT SCOPE
The project involved a comprehensive renovation of the five-story former Randall School, beginning with selective demolition of existing walls, finishes, and MEPF systems to create a new academic and clinical environment. Construction included new interior buildouts; updated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems; new roofing, ceilings, lighting, and finishes; and accessibility improvements throughout the building.
VJS also coordinated the construction of specialized teaching and simulation labs, clinical spaces, faculty and student areas, and associated site improvements, transforming the existing structure to support Carroll University’s expanding health sciences programs.
