West Wing Renovation & Addition

PROJECT SCOPE

Renovations to the existing facility include 25,886 square feet of renovations to existing space(s) and 11,715 square feet of additions. Renovations include bedrooms and ancillary spaces to expand current services, cafeteria/café space, and main entrance lobby/reception areas. 

EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS

To minimize disruptions to the users of the space, the kitchen and cafeteria remained open throughout construction, except for a few minor required shutdowns. A temporary lobby was created to continue the facility's operation.
