Third Floor Addition

PROJECT SCOPE

This project is a 33,268-square-foot expansion of the Sister Michael Berry Building, seamlessly adding a third floor. The newly constructed area includes a spacious 12,000-square-foot dialysis and nephrology center featuring dedicated patient consultation rooms, specialized treatment areas for vulnerable patients, three urgent peritoneal dialysis rooms, and 20 dialysis bays.
