PROJECT SCOPE

This project delivers a thoughtfully designed educational facility that supports both academic achievement and student well being. The program includes multiple classrooms, collaboration areas, intervention rooms, SPED and sensory spaces, makers space, library areas, dedicated music and art rooms, a gymnasium with bleachers, cafeteria and commons, kitchen, and essential building support and storage spaces. Administrative and student services areas are carefully integrated, featuring secure vestibules, reception, principal office, nurse suite with sick room, psychologist and social work offices, flex offices, conference space, and staff support areas to create a safe and supportive environment.

Site development encompasses full demolition, layout, grading, utility coordination, erosion control, landscaping, and traffic control with coordinated signage planning.
