PROJECT SCOPE

Buildout of the Wauwatosa STEM charter school in an office building featuring five classrooms, an art and discovery room, special education and sensory rooms, two music rooms, a movement room, three breakout rooms, and an open learning space. Administrative and staff areas include a reception area, three private offices, and a break room. The work also included selective demolition, new partitions and openings, door and hardware modifications, ceiling reconfiguration, coordinated lighting and building system adjustments, and related code and accessibility improvements.
