PROJECT SCOPE

This project involves selective demolition and replacement of doors/frames, flooring, ceiling, stage front, acoustic wall panels, handrails, and lighting. The scope included the installation of 50 fabric-wrapped sound absorption panels, a 2,858-square-foot stage, a 1,010-square-foot standing room section in front of the stage, 7,256 square feet of seating for 932 fixed chairs, and a 750-square-foot auditorium lobby.
