PROJECT SCOPE

This approximately 7.5-acre site improvement project included the construction and enhancement of softball and multi-use athletic fields with new fencing, player areas, and spectator accommodations. 

The work also involved expanding and reconfiguring parking areas, drive aisles, and site circulation to improve access, safety, and event operations. Additional upgrades included grading, stormwater management, underground storage, underdrain systems, and utility coordination.
