PROJECT SCOPE
This project includes a 14,000-square-foot, two-story office building featuring two lobbies, administrative facilities, an employee lounge, three conference rooms, 28 private offices, storage and IT space, an outdoor deck, training space, restrooms, and shelled space for future offices. Additionally, 6,000 square feet of shelled office space is reserved for future expansion.
The project also includes a 15,000-square-foot heavy equipment and truck service facility with designated areas for welding, truck and tool repair, five drive-in doors, and a wash bay. A separate 9,000-square-foot storage shed provides additional space for equipment and materials.
