PROJECT SCOPE

This eight-phase renovation transformed a portion of Strand Associates’ third-floor suite into a modernized workspace through a carefully sequenced, multi-phase construction approach. The project includes targeted demolition, new metal stud partitions, and fully reworked MEP systems to support upgraded conference rooms, offices, collaboration zones, and amenity spaces. High-touch features, including a refreshed locker room, an enhanced work café, and demountable glass partitions, deliver improved functionality and flexibility. 

Updated finishes, including new flooring, lighting, millwork, and wall refinishing, elevate both the aesthetic and performance of the renovated areas. Executed in phases to maintain ongoing operations, the project highlights VJS’s ability to manage complex, occupied interior renovations with precision and minimal disruption.
