Tenant Buildout

PROJECT SCOPE

This interior office tenant build-out transformed a vacant space into a functional and modern workplace environment. The layout features 18 private offices of varying sizes, multiple open office areas, a spacious employee breakroom, and two conference rooms—one large and one small—to support a range of work styles and meeting needs.

Additional amenities include a dedicated print and storage room with custom cabinetry throughout the space, providing both efficiency and a polished aesthetic. The mechanical systems were modified to meet the new layout, and high-quality finishes were selected to reflect the client's professional brand.
