New Office Building & Buildouts

PROJECT SCOPE

This project was a two-story new office building in Muskego. The scope included an underground stormwater retention system, lobby, cafeteria with patio, and conference rooms. VJS has been welcomed back multiple times to continue to work on this building. 

This work includes the build out the shell space into additional offices and workspaces with open/exposed ceilings with thermal and acoustical insulation and the buildout of the collaboration space which includes a golf simulator.
