PROJECT SCOPE
The Bank Five-Nine First Floor Renovation project refreshed the Oconomowoc branch, originally built by VJS in 2014. Completed in two carefully planned phases, the renovation modernized key areas while allowing the bank to remain operational.
Phase one included updates to most of the offices, the main lobby, bathrooms, and vestibule. Phase two focused on the southwest portion of the branch, including the remaining lobby space, vestibule, secure passage, office, and teller area—enhancing both functionality and the customer experience.
