PROJECT SCOPE

This seven-phase renovation transformed an existing three-story office building into a modern workplace with open and private offices, conference rooms, huddle spaces, training areas, and support spaces. The work included reconfiguring walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, glazing, and millwork, with select components salvaged and reused. 

Updated finishes and coordinated transitions were installed throughout, along with improvements to restrooms, wellness areas, locker and shower rooms, café and pantry spaces, IT rooms, and copy and print areas.
