Tenant Buildout

PROJECT SCOPE

PHASE I

The 10,111-square-foot buildout scope consisted of transforming the existing space into offices, restrooms, an elevator lobby, open office space, collaboration areas, and conference rooms. The scope also included an elevator addition.

PHASE II

The 16,212-square-foot buildout includes additional interior and exterior renovation work on the existing building. The work affects the ground, first, and second floors.

PHASE III

The 5,008-square foot buildout included the demolition of existing space and conversion into five conference rooms ranging in size, two phone rooms, single restrooms, and storage/mechanical space.
