Black Box Theater Addition

PROJECT SCOPE

The project includes a 2,100-square-foot, single-story addition to the theater facility that will house a new black box theater space accommodating an additional 105 patrons. A new accessible entry will be created on the east side of the building, with the floor level modified to eliminate existing elevation differences. An accessible ramp will lead to the new entry, and the existing stairs will be shifted and rebuilt to meet ADA requirements.
