Scope includes a 27,707 square foot, two-story building with approximately 2,797 square feet of kitchen space, 7,591 square foot hangar, and 1,477 square feet allocated to ground service equipment. The upper level consists of 5,808 square feet of white box space along with 3,054 square foot green roof.

Hangar doors: (1) 60’ x 27’, six leave bi-parting Norco doors and (1) 34’ x 12’, and four leave bi-parting door. VJS teamed with the airport authority at Truckee and went though multiple iterations of the hangar and additional spaces.
