Chicago Executive Airport, Renovation

This project heralds a renovation of a full hangar and office space, redefining the very essence of aviation infrastructure. The 9,000 square feet of hangar space now stands as a testament to modern functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Within the two-story, 4,000 square foot office area, a seamless blend of form and function emerges. The renovation included the incorporation of new fans, insulation, and vision glass. The result is an atmosphere of openness and clarity into the heart of aviation operations.

The hangar, a cornerstone of this renovation, received a complete facelift. A new epoxy floor provides durability and a polished finish, coupled with cutting-edge lighting solutions to illuminate the space. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services have been expertly integrated, ensuring seamless operations within the hangar.

Turning attention to the office space, the renovation scope was expansive. Multiple offices and a lounge area were meticulously designed to optimize functionality. A well-appointed wet bar, restrooms, and conference rooms were strategically placed to enhance workflow and collaboration.

A carefully curated selection of high-end materials and a new light color palette finish the office space. Crisp lines and colors define the furniture, creating an atmosphere of modern elegance.
