Augustine Prep decided to expand its campus to accommodate the school's growing student enrollment. The expansion will increase the capacity by 900 to serve every grade level at the campus. The scope includes a dedicated elementary school, auditorium, gymnasium, and rooftop/play area.

EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS
VJS Development Group worked in collaboration with VJS Construction Services to acquire additional land for a second school. VJS Development Group put together a strategy to acquire additional land adjacent to the school completed in Phase 1. Over three years, VJS Development Group worked with the surrounding community to obtain and assemble an entire city block, including 33 properties over 2.31 acres (City-owned and residential property) just north of the existing campus.
