Community Engagement/Public Information Services

The VJS team will work with you to develop appropriate strategies that clarify the community’s role, create alignment, and support the decision making process. We will assist in identifying stakeholders, their needs, and expectations to effectively engage them. VJS will work with you to implement a comprehensive and effective plan for communication and community engagement.

Chad Bathke

Principal In Charge

Chad has over 28 years of construction experience and has been involved with projects in nearly every market sector. He is a seasoned veteran in all areas of construction including pre-referendum, pre-construction, bidding, scoping, scheduling, and managing complex projects. He has extensive experience in the K-12 market and has worked with 20 school districts.

Chad has been actively involved with the Associated General Contractors of Greater Milwaukee (AGC-GM) for over 15 years. He served as President of the AGC-GM and has served on the Board of Directors since 2015.

Maddy Tarbox

Community Engagement/Public Information Support

Maddy has more than 29 years of experience. She works closely with VJS clients providing assistance in the areas of referendum planning, public relations, marketing, neighborhood outreach, community engagement and events. Maddy is adept at creating thoughtful strategies and implementing communication plans that assist clients in reaching their goals.

Chris Coggins

Senior Project Manager

Chris has been with VJS for over 10 years and brings more than 22 years of construction experience to the team, having started his career working with one of the nations leading multi-billion dollar construction firms. He is particularly adept at managing complex construction projects including new construction and renovations. As a Senior Project Manager, Chris oversees multiple teams on multiple size projects with his area of expertise being education.
