CBRF & Chai Point Kitchen Renovation

PROJECT SCOPE

Renovation of a multi-purpose room into a 28-seat, senior-friendly theater with state-of-the-art AV, snack bar, accessible seating, new partition walls, acoustical ceiling, updated HVAC/electrical, projector, recessed speakers, and ambient lighting. 

This project also included an enhanced board room with expanded windows, a new aluminum storefront, preserved stained glass, acoustical ceiling, new flooring, paint, custom casework, and additional outlets.
