PROJECT SCOPE

The project involves renovating an existing area to enhance its functionality for current operations. It included demolishing and disconnecting existing food service equipment, reconfiguring the serving room to create distinct dishwashing, cooking, and preparation areas, and altering and adding serving counters. 

The new layout features a self-service/to-go station with a refrigerated merchandiser, a condiment station, and a separate point-of-sale kiosk.
