PROJECT SCOPE
The new Sullivan School of Business, Engineering and Technology—a four-story, cross-disciplinary hub designed to foster collaboration among programs in business, computer science, aviation science, drone technology, artificial intelligence, and emerging engineering fields. At the heart of the building will be a three-story central atrium featuring open seating and a connecting staircase. The facility will also include a 300-seat lecture hall, flexible classrooms, staff offices, and support spaces.
The exterior will be clad primarily in stone, complemented by cast stone, metal panel, and curtainwall systems, with a combination of single-ply membrane and sloped metal tile roofing. Site improvements will include an updated parking lot, landscaped planters, new sidewalks, and an outdoor classroom to extend learning beyond the building’s walls.
